By signing up for Wheelie Clean, you agree to these terms. Wheelie Clean provides a recurring wheelie bin cleaning service at your nominated address in South Australia.
We clean both your wheelie bins (general waste and recycling) on your scheduled collection day. Our service includes an interior and exterior eco-friendly power clean, plus deodorising and sanitising. Bins must be placed out for collection as normal — we clean them after council collection.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST (if applicable). We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
Your card will be charged on or near your scheduled clean date according to your plan frequency. By subscribing, you authorise Wheelie Clean to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@wheelieclean.au. Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled clean. We do not offer refunds for cleans that have already been completed.
If we are unable to clean your bins on the scheduled day (e.g. severe weather, access issues), we will reschedule or provide a credit at our discretion. If your bins are not out for collection, the clean will still be counted.
We currently service select postcodes in South Australia. Service availability is shown during signup. We may expand or change our service area at any time.
Wheelie Clean takes care when handling your bins but is not liable for pre-existing damage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
